- Dangerous objects will be confiscated and handed over to the police for safekeeping.
WLAN / Wifi
- The use is available to our guests free of charge.
Damage and theft
- Please report any damage and theft to us so that the campsite can remedy the situation and support us in clarifying and eliminating the damage.
- If you, your children or visitors have damaged or destroyed items or property of other guests or the campsite, an open exchange is important. This applies in particular if the health of others could be endangered. In many cases, a liability insurance covers the damage. Failure to admit damage often means risks, trouble and costs. These also have a negative impact on prices.
Site and house ban
- If a guest intentionally or grossly negligently violates the rules, he can be immediately denied further stay within the scope of the house right.
- In such a case, Camping an der Rudelsburg retains its claim to the agreed total price as a lump-sum compensation. Refunds of payments already made are excluded.
- The orders and instructions of the administrative staff, in particular also with regard to the positioning of motor vehicles, caravans, motorhomes and other vehicles as well as tents or similar facilities, must be followed without restriction and immediately.
- If the orders of the administrative staff are not followed, the police will be called in for criminal offences. In the case of criminal offences, the filing of criminal charges remains reserved.
General provisions
- With appearance, all previous regulations lose their validity.
- Any invalidity of one or more of the above provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- We reserve the right to correct errors, printing errors and calculation errors.
- Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time, because we live to give you a pleasant stay. If you have any problems, suggestions for improvement or discrepancies, please contact the staff.
We are also always happy to receive a positive review on the Internet.
We wish you a pleasant holiday and a relaxing time.
