Terms and Conditions Camping an der Rudelsburg
1. Scope
The following conditions, as far as effectively agreed, become part of the contract between the camping guest and Camping an der Rudelsburg in the event of a booking and, in addition to the booking confirmation, regulate the contractual relationship between the camping guest and Camping an der Rudelsburg.
By making a booking, the guest accepts these conditions. The contractual services of the campsite are provided on the basis of the descriptions and prices valid for the travel period.
2. Campsite Rules
In addition to the general terms and conditions, the campsite rules deposited in the booking confirmation and on the website www.campingbadkoesen.de in their respective valid version are binding for the renter and his fellow travelers.
This is a binding part of the contract conditions, which is accepted with the booking.
3. Eligible Groups of People
The stay of adults is permitted at Camping an der Rudelsburg. Minors are only entitled to an overnight stay if accompanied by an adult legal guardian or with an adult supervisor .
A prerequisite for this is that the supervisory person has been assigned the duty of supervision by the legal guardians and that they allow a stay at Camping an der Rudelsburg. For the transfer of the duty of supervision, only the form of Camping an der Rudelsburg is to be used.
The parents, legal representatives or the person authorized to supervise are responsible for the actions of the minor and must supervise them.
4. Pets
Dogs are allowed on the campsite, other animals are not allowed. Dogs are not allowed in the sanitary facilities and the reception.
Dogs which are classified as dangerous dogs or fighting dogs (listed dogs) according to the state of Saxony-Anhalt are not allowed on the campsite.
Likewise, it is not permitted to bring dogs that do not have a valid rabies vaccination at the time of the stay and/or are not chipped and/or do not have an animal ID.
Dogs must be kept on a leash (short leash) throughout the campsite. Dog droppings must be removed immediately in all areas .
5. Booking
Booking requests and reservations for pitches must be made exclusively via our homepage. Bookings are not accepted by telephone .
The camping guest must check the booking confirmation for correctness of the data.
6. Deposit
The reservation is only valid if you have received a booking confirmation from us and the indicated deposit has been received by us in due time (does not apply to PayPal, Klarna and payments by credit card).
This is due immediately and must be transferred within 3 working days stating the name and booking number to the following account:

7. Rebooking
If the booking situation allows, changes can be made once by the camping guest with regard to the travel period (subject to a fee).
8. Cancellations by the camping guest / Premature departures
Premature departure: Reserved days of stay are binding and will be charged as booked in case of premature departure of the guest.
Cancellation: The camping guest can withdraw from the camping contract in writing after receipt of the deposit. The date of receipt of the written notice of withdrawal by the camping company is decisive for the time of withdrawal.
If the camping guest withdraws from the contract, the camping company is entitled to reasonable compensation in accordance with § 651i BGB as follows:

9. Arrivals and Departures
Arrival is possible from 2:30 PM at the earliest (earlier arrival possible for a fee, if necessary, only after telephone registration). On the day of departure, the booked pitch must be vacated by 11:00 AM and left in a clean condition.
A later departure (subject to a fee) can be arranged with the reception until 5:00 PM.
10. Tourist tax City of Naumburg (Kurtaxe)

11. Price change clause
The company is entitled to adjust the respective price list a maximum of once per quarter to changing market conditions, in the event of significant changes in consumption/procurement costs or changes in sales tax.
In the event of price increases that significantly exceed the regular increase in the cost of living, the guest has the right to terminate the contract . The company will inform him of this in text form in these cases.
12. Visitors
Entering Camping an der Rudelsburg is subject to permission. Visitors of camping guests must be registered at the reception before entering the campsite and the corresponding fees according to the valid price list for day guests must be paid before departure.
13. Media data / Video surveillance of the area
The camping company is monitored with video cameras in critical areas. This serves the safety of the camping guests (identification and prevention of security risks), the protection of property and possessions, the control of access authorizations and the exercise of the domiciliary right.
The recordings are only evaluated when necessary and only the required data is stored until clarification. A data transfer to third parties does not take place. The video recordings are automatically deleted regularly in accordance with § 6b Abs. BDSG.
In addition, the recording device is protected by suitable measures in accordance with § 9 BDSG under data protection law against access by unauthorized third parties.
14. Liability
The campsite with all associated facilities and the inventory must be treated with care by the camping guest. Liability is only assumed for gross negligence and intent on the part of Camping an der Rudelsburg.
It is expressly pointed out that no liability is assumed for losses, damages, accidents or other deviations that arise in connection with the use of the campsite.
Furthermore, this applies to a disruption or failure of gas, water, energy supply and the W-LAN network as well as for damages resulting from the use of the equipment and facilities located on the premises.
An exclusion of liability also exists for noise pollution caused by third parties, negligent breaches of duty as well as for trailers and vehicles of any kind (e.g. mobile homes, cars), for awnings, tents including their load and contents.
Likewise, no liability is assumed for breaches of duty by vicarious agents or legal representatives. Liability under the statutory provisions exists exclusively if exclusions of liability are legally inadmissible and the injury of health, body or life is affected.
