Booking conditions for pitches
- Security deposit: no deposit for pitches
- Deposit: depending on the booking amount and period
- Rebooking: free once, subject to availability
- Cancellation:
- Up to 15 days before rental start: €15.00 processing fee
- 14 to 1 day before rental start: 50% of the booking amount
- In case of no-show (no-show fee) without written cancellation: 100% of the booking amount
Booking conditions for rental accommodations
- Security deposit: €100.00 for FH Hanna / €50.00 for FH Biber (due upon arrival)
- Deposit: always 50% of the booking amount
- Rebooking: free once, subject to availability
- Cancellation:
- Up to 15 days before rental start: €15.00 processing fee
- 14 to 1 day before rental start: 50% of the booking amount
- In case of no-show (no-show fee) without written cancellation: 100% of the booking amount
When booking multiple units (group bookings)
If you would like to book multiple units together with family or friends, please reserve each unit separately—each under its own name and with its own email address.
So that we can place your group as close together as possible, please state in the “Comments” field which family or group you would like to be accommodated next to.
If possible, please provide the other family’s first and last name, place of residence and—if already available—the booking number.
Of course, we will do our best to take your preferences into account when allocating pitches. Please understand that we cannot guarantee placement directly next to each other.
For smooth communication
If possible, please do not use addresses from @me, @icloud, @apple, or @gmail. These providers often experience delivery issues with our replies, meaning booking confirmations may not reach you.
Alternatively, please add reservierung@campbadkoesen.de to your email program or provider’s whitelist.
